"I'm Alex, 38, French. I was a real estate agent and business developer at a PropTech startup in Paris until February 2022. I moved to Kyiv in May 2022 and stayed. From December 2022 to April 2023, I volunteered with a local military NGO, delivering medical supplies. I thought I'd help for a few months. That was nearly three years ago. In June 2023, I created Doshka Foundation to fix what I saw daily — erratic sourcing, zero process, just chaos held together by good intentions."
Polina Lynnyk
Co-founder — Administration
Polina manages the regulatory backbone of our operations — tax compliance, customs declarations, and the paperwork that keeps every shipment legal and every delivery traceable. Based in Ukraine, she ensures that each consignment crosses the border correctly documented and on time.
Taras Stefanishyna
Procurement UK
Taras is our man in the UK. He identifies and coordinates medical supply donations from British healthcare structures and partner organisations, and ensures they reach our logistics chain. His sourcing work directly expands the volume of equipment we can get to the front.
